Anchored in Hope is a counseling agency that includes licensed therapists who are trained to use a holistic, integrative approach to mental wellness, focusing on the mind, body and spirit.
We work with clients ages 3-100 using an integrative approach - recognizing that many aspects affect mental health - including our past experiences, upbringing, genetics, traumas, attachments, health, spiritual experiences and more. We look towards the root cause of mental health symptoms and treat the whole person. Our mission is to help people discover what anchors them so that we may aid them on their journey of being grounded and connected.
Anchored in Hope counselors specialize in trauma-informed care, looking at the most current neuroscience research in our treatment modalities. We offer Brainspotting as a trauma therapy as well as the Safe and Sound protocol therapy based on Stephen Porges’ polyvagal theory.
We have a dedicated play therapy room for our younger clients with therapists who specialize in working with children and adolescents.
For our adult clients, we offer marriage and relationship counseling, individual counseling, and addiction counseling. Our caring and compassionate staff are trained in various forms of integrative treatment methods to help you achieve your goals and live the life you desire. Some of our integrative therapy methods include acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, meditation, and tai chi.
