𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞
One of the most important parts of my healing journey has been learning how to care for my energy body—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually too.
So often we go through the day absorbing stress, emotions, and energy that isn’t even ours. Over time, this can leave us feeling drained, anxious, irritable, or disconnected.
That’s why energetic hygiene is a daily practice for me.
𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐲 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
I close my eyes and imagine a light entering through the top of my head, through the crown. It flows gently through my entire body—clearing, balancing, and restoring. As it moves, it begins to form a pyramid of light around me, the apex above my head, grounding deeply into the Earth. Then, I see another pyramid forming below, its apex meeting the lower point of the first. These two pyramids spin in opposite directions—creating a sacred field of protection. Any energy that does not serve my highest good is reflected and released.
Other days, I visualize a soft, glowing bubble around my body. It allows in love, kindness, and truth—and reflects back anything that isn’t in resonance with that vibration.
These are just a couple of the ways I protect and tend to my energy. But there are so many simple, supportive practices:
– Salt baths
– Burning herbs or incense
– Spending time in nature
– Listening to sound healing, even for a few minutes
– Journaling or sitting in stillness with intention
Clearing your energy doesn’t have to be complicated. What matters most is that it feels true to you.
