Today I wanted to share how much STRESS is such a major problem. It results in anxiety, depression, and often a cause of many physical diseases. I’ve learned much through my years of practice and training and enjoy sharing that knowledge and helping others. I feel it takes a Holistic approach to overcome Stress.
