It is with great regret that we, the board of South Wasco Community Health announce, we will be closing our doors effective 5/13/2022.

Our physician has been offered and accepted a position out of state. We wish her well in her endeavors.

A day early but here’s a shout out to Dee Turner retired R.N for National Nurse Appreciation Day💜 While she is technically retired, this gal works hard for our South Wasco Community Health clinic all as a volunteer. So much behind the scenes going on with this amazing human. Thank you Dee!!

Four full months in business and boy is it going great!
Dr. LaPlante is seeing patients of all ages. As our patient base continues to grow we find the need for a pediatric room has become a priority.
We are still looking to raise funds to complete the pediatric suite. Please consider donating to the fund set aside for the pediatric exam tables and other pediatric supplies.
Remember, all donations are a full tax write off💜

The clinic is now open for WALK IN visits as well as emergency visits. Best of all . . . we are open on SATURDAY!

Dr. LaPlante makes home visits for those patients unable to travel to see their doctor. Dr. LaPLante is on call 24/7 by calling the office after hours.
South Wasco Community Health welcomes infants, toddlers as well as adult patients for your health care needs. All insurance is accepted, a sliding fee schedule is available for those without insurance.
