I came to PHC at about 4:30 p.m. and was greeted by Emma. She definitely did not act like it was near closing time. She cleaned my hearing aids and provided me with new (installed) parts at no charge. Then she visited with me until I insisted on leaving, because it was just past closing time. I thought she might want to go home for the evening.Emma was so friendly and gracious! She even looked up my records from the now closed Elite Hearing Center, and she will be calling me in December or January to schedule an appointment for testing and for me to obtain a new set of hearing aids.As a result of meeting Emma, I have no plans to visit any other hearing center for my hearing aid needs.
