Next week, Mile Bluff’s medical social workers will be at Necedah Family Medical Center on Monday, November 24, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. They’ll provide free information, answer your questions, and help you complete and file your paperwork.

Each quarter, Mile Bluff selects an organization to benefit from their '𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲' Fridays.👖To raise funds, staff members are invited to wear jeans to work in exchange for a donation to the initiative.

Thanks to the generosity of Mile Bluff’s team, the most recent fundraising effort brought in nearly $1,000. These funds were donated to Sleep in Heavenly Peace, an organization that builds bunk beds for children who don’t have a bed of their own.

Mile Bluff’s contribution will provide more than just a place to sleep—it will offer lasting comfort, a sense of security, and the chance to transform a child’s life.

Necedah Family Medical Center will be hosting a community health fair on 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟳:𝟬𝟬 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟬:𝟬𝟬 𝗮𝗺. Free blood pressure and blood sugar screenings will be available. Lipid profile tests will also be available for only $25. This test measures your good cholesterol, bad cholesterol, and triglycerides.

The information you receive from these tests, along with the educational tools you will be given, are important steps in positively impacting your health. Appointments are required for all services, so call 𝟲𝟬𝟴-𝟱𝟲𝟱-𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟬 to reserve your spot today!
