Since moving to the Gateway Center in April 2025, Mile Bluff’s Urgent Care services have been growing steadily. Previously, the department shared space with the Emergency Room on the hospital’s main campus. Now that the department has its own space at Gateway, the Urgent Care team has the room to provide care services from 9 am to 9 pm, 7 days a week.

The Gateway Center was just the first phase in a $17 million expansion project for Mile Bluff. Along the way, Mile Bluff Medical Center Foundation and generous donors have been supporting this project.

Who doesn't love a good 'before' and 'after' series? Since moving to the Gateway Center in June of last year, Mile Bluff's Dialysis team and patients have settled in to the new space. As you can see, Gateway offers dialysis patients more room, a private entrance, and plenty of natural light.

Now providing dialysis care 6 days a week in Mauston, the team provided 2,086 dialysis treatments in the first 6 months at Gateway!

The Gateway Center was just the first phase in a $17 million expansion project for Mile Bluff. Along the way, Mile Bluff Medical Center Foundation and generous donors have been supporting this project. We even had a donor specifically give to purchase 10 new dialysis machines for the new location!

There is still time to get your tickets for Flappers & Fedoras: A Casino Night Gala. This fun event will be held on Saturday, March 7 at the Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells.
