I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for all the love and support you’ve shown me over the past few days. Your kind messages have meant so much during this time! 💖

As many of you know, I ended up having gallbladder surgery. I’m happy to share that the surgery went well and I’m healing and doing better, and I truly appreciate your understanding during my absence.

🌟 I’m looking forward to February, as I have some exciting plans in the works! I’ll be hosting a giveaway to spread some joy and fun, as well as working on a master class that will focus on thyroid, adrenal, and gut health. My goal is to help everyone get to the root cause of their health concerns and share some valuable insights for our healing journeys.
