August is National Immunization Awareness Month—a great time to make sure your vaccines are up to date. 💉 Vaccines aren’t just for kids—older adults need protection too! Common vaccines recommended for older adults include:

Flu vaccine (yearly)
COVID-19 vaccine (including boosters)
Shingles (Zoster) vaccine
Pneumococcal vaccine (for pneumonia)
Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria & Pertussis) booster every 10 years
RSV vaccine (new for older adults)
Talk with your healthcare provider to see which vaccines are right for you. Staying protected means staying well!
