We talked about how we were made with a purpose, setting boundaries to protect our future, and making choices that our future self can be proud of 💪🏼

Just a reminder that we follow Graves County Schools Inclement Weather closure. Therefore, our office will be closed Monday and Tuesday.

Due to dangerous road conditions and inclement weather, Graves County Schools will be CLOSED Monday, January 26 AND Tuesday, January 27.

This WILL be NTI Day 1 and Day 2. Teachers will be available during instructional hours to assist students with any questions they may have.

Did you know that in early pregnancy you can see a "diamond ring" via ultrasound?

This has to be one of the coolest things we get to see at Hope Center. At around 5.5-6.5 weeks, this is what you may see at an ultrasound visit.

So, what is it that we're looking at?

💍The circular "ring" part is the yolk sac.
💡The yolk sac serves a major role in early development. It is responsible for delivering nutrients to baby. It develops the earliest form of blood cells. The yolk sac makes cells that turn into the umbilical cord, gastrointestinal system, reproductive organs and more.

💎The "diamond" is BABY! How cool is that?!
💡At this point in the pregnancy baby's beating heart can be visualized. Tiny arm and leg buds begin to develop. The neural tube develops and begins to close. The baby's brain is dividing into 3 major parts.

How cool is it that one of the very first images we get to see of a new life is a diamond ring? 💍
