Safe sleep saves lives!

When it’s time for sleep, always place your baby on their back, for naps and nighttime. Babies are safest sleeping alone, on a firm surface, in a crib or bassinet made just for sleep. Even if your baby spits up or rolls on their own, back sleeping is still the safest position.
