Stephanie is a dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with 9 years of experience helping children of all ages with a wide variety of communication disorders. Having always dreamed of becoming a speech pathologist, she truly enjoys helping children find their voices and thrive in their communication skills. She is passionate about supporting families and guiding little ones through their developmental journey. Stephanie finds joy in watching kids shine and seeing the excitement on their faces as they make progress. She is looking forward to bringing her passion and experience to A Rhea of Sunshine and We Rock the Spectrum Cleveland. Outside of her work, Stephanie enjoys spending quality time with her two beautiful daughters, connecting with family and friends, and gardening!

☀️Meet the Team!☀️

Grace Reminder, OTD, OTR/L, is a pediatric occupational therapist with experience working with both the pediatric and inpatient rehab populations. Grace has always had a strong passion for working with children, a passion that has only grown through her educational experiences. During her education, she gained valuable experience working with the pediatric population at the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities and the United States Committee for Refugees and Immigrants. She currently enjoys focusing on sensory integration, emotional development, self-regulation, fine and gross motor skills, self-care, and communication skills. Grace is dedicated to supporting each child’s holistic development to ensure their success and improve their overall well-being.

Grace joined the We Rock Cleveland and A Rhea of Sunshine team in April 2023 as a Gym Coach. Since then, she has become an occupational therapist and now teaches our preschool prep program! She has witnessed firsthand the positive impact WRTS has on the lives of so many children.

When she’s not at work, Grace enjoys going on walks, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing in Marblehead by the lake.

A fun fact about Grace: Her minor in college was Spanish!

Taylor Boggs, OTD, OTR/L, is a pediatric occupational therapist with experience in outpatient pediatrics and the acute care hospital setting. Taylor has worked with children with diverse diagnoses but has fine tuned her expertise with the autistic population, providing neuro-affirming interventions working on a variety of areas including emotional regulation, sensory processing, feeding difficulties, and reflex integration.

In addition to her clinical work, Taylor is passionate about functional medicine and holistic health and the impact that it can have on the lives of all, but specifically children with varying diagnoses. She is working towards becoming a certified functional medicine provider through the Institute of Functional Medicine. Taylor is also completing training in Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute.

Taylor joined the We Rock Cleveland and A Rhea of Sunshine team in early 2024, as she loved the “hub” that Alex created at WRTS Cleveland. She is excited to help support this amazing community and add a little sunshine to children and their families lives.

Outside of work, you can find Taylor spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants, or walking at Edgewater Park.

A fun fact about Taylor is that she can’t whistle.

☀️Meet the Team!☀️

Alexandra Schriefer, MS, OTR/L, is a pediatric occupational therapist with experience across various settings, including a specialized autism school, outpatient pediatric clinic, and acute care hospital. With a deep commitment to supporting children with diverse diagnoses, Alex has honed her expertise in working with the autistic population, focusing her continuing education on emotional regulation and feeding difficulties.

In addition to her clinical work, Alex holds a certification in Interactive Metronome and is an animal-assisted occupational therapy provider, thanks to her therapy dog, Louie, whom she trained from a young puppy to assist in therapy sessions.

In 2022, Alex founded and built Northeast Ohio’s first sensory-friendly inclusive kids’ gym, “We Rock the Spectrum-Cleveland,” with the goal of creating a supportive “hub” for neurodiverse children and their families in the region. Building on this success, she expanded her vision to include occupational therapy services by establishing “A Rhea of Sunshine Pediatric Therapy”, further enhancing her ability to serve and support her community.

A fun fact about Alex is that her high school mascot was a grape 🍇
