☀️Meet the Team! ☀️

Carly Senko, COTA/L, is a pediatric occupational therapy assistant with experience in outpatient pediatrics and the school setting. Carly has worked with children with diverse diagnoses, providing interventions addressing fine motor skills, emotional regulation, sensory processing, and reflex integration to increase independence in daily activities.

In addition to her clinical work, Carly is passionate about helping children build confidence and self-esteem through Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT). She completed her certificate in Animal-Assisted Therapy from Concordia University Wisconsin in 2024 with plans to train her own therapy dog.

Carly joined the We Rock Cleveland and A Rhea of Sunshine teams in 2025 and is excited to continue to support this amazing community!

Fun fact: Carly lived in Nashville, Tennessee for 6 years prior to moving to Cleveland 🎵

Supports language & social communication through stories, themed activities, and interactive play.
Ages 1.5-4y

🧠 Occupational Therapy Group: Foundations in Play
Focuses on sensory processing, regulation, early motor skills, and play-based learning.
Ages 1.5–4y

Stephanie is a dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with 9 years of experience helping children of all ages with a wide variety of communication disorders. Having always dreamed of becoming a speech pathologist, she truly enjoys helping children find their voices and thrive in their communication skills. She is passionate about supporting families and guiding little ones through their developmental journey. Stephanie finds joy in watching kids shine and seeing the excitement on their faces as they make progress. She is looking forward to bringing her passion and experience to A Rhea of Sunshine and We Rock the Spectrum Cleveland. Outside of her work, Stephanie enjoys spending quality time with her two beautiful daughters, connecting with family and friends, and gardening!

A fun fact about Miss. Stephanie is that she was born in St Louis, MO 📍
