Liz, RYT 200, has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and completed her teacher training right here at Flow in 2022. She officially joined our instructor team in 2024 and has been sharing her passion ever since.

Her classes blend creative sequencing with a balance of challenge and support—inviting you to strengthen both body and mind, no matter where you are in your practice.

Meet Nikki 👋

Nikki, RYT 200, has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and teaching since 2013. She brings a passion for holistic wellness and a dedication to meeting students exactly where they are.

Her classes blend mindful movement with gentle strength, drawing from Purna, Vinyasa, Yin, and Chair Yoga. You’ll find her approach inclusive, grounding, and accessible—always with a reminder to tune in to the present moment (and maybe even “give your third eye a try”).

Off the mat, Nikki loves working out, spending time with her children, and living the balance she inspires in her students.

Steve earned his 200-hour certification from Cleveland Yoga in 2020 and has been sharing his practice across multiple studios ever since. With a background as both an instrumentalist and vocalist, Steve brings a special gift to the mat—pairing movement with live music to create a deeply restorative and healing experience.

His classes blend slow flow with restorative postures, often accompanied by sound baths that students describe as “truly restorative” and “exactly what I needed.”

From back pain to transformation, Erin’s yoga journey has been nothing short of life-changing. She earned her 200-hour certification in 2017 and her 500-hour in 2024, and she’s been sharing her love for the practice along the way and ever since.

Katy is a Cleveland-based yoga teacher and artist, rooted in presence, curiosity, and transformation. After completing her teacher training at Flow in 2024, she’s been guiding classes that are grounding yet uplifting—challenging but always approachable.

For Katy, yoga is a moving meditation, a way to deepen the mind-body connection and stay fully present. She loves creating space where you can move, feel, and connect more deeply with yourself.

James, RYT-200, joined Flow in 2024 but has been teaching yoga for 5 years and practicing for 8. His journey started as a way to support his mental health, but it quickly grew into a lifelong passion and purpose. After earning his certification in 2020, James knew he wanted to share the practice that had transformed his life with others.

Julie joined our Flow fam in June 2024 and has been bringing her signature mix of empowerment, strength, stretch, sass (and damn good tunes) ever since. 🎶

Her classes are known for hands-on assists, physical connection, and a bright energy that makes every student feel supported.

As one student put it: “Julie is amazing! Fun, good energy, relaxing, lovable and you will get a good workout! Everything you could want/need all in one!”

We’re falling for Sam. 🍂✨

Meet Samantha Garcia, the newest ball of sunshine on the Flow team. Don’t be fooled by her warm, lighthearted energy…because she will kick your ass (in the best way)!

Sam’s Hot Power classes will push you, challenge you, and leave you stronger than you thought you could be. And somehow, you’ll love her even more for it. ☀️

Samantha is a Cleveland native whose yoga journey began seven years ago and has since transformed her life. She believes yoga is about showing up, trying new things, and doing what feels good in your body, even when it’s challenging. 

Catch her at Wilson Mills (and soon at our third Flow location 👀) starting in October.
