It. Is. Happening.

Our final YTT community classes are here. 🤍

These yogis have poured so much of themselves into this journey: their time, their energy, their vulnerability, their courage, their questions, their practice, and their whole hearts. They have shown up again and again, not just to learn how to teach yoga, but to grow, to stretch, to trust themselves, and to become.

And now, they are stepping into this final phase.

Their free community classes are officially on the schedule across all three Flow studios, and we would love nothing more than for our community to show up and surround them with support.

If you’ve wanted to support them, this is the moment. Come be part of it. Come cheer them on. Come witness all they’ve worked for. Come help hold the room as they take these final steps from student to teacher.

We are so deeply proud of each and every one of them…of who they are, of how hard they’ve worked, and of the heart they are bringing into this next chapter.

In addition to all the informal hallway and email feedback we regularly get from you all, once a year we give our community an opportunity to formally review how we’re doing at the studios — from facilities to class formats and times, instructor feedback, workshop ideas, retreat venues and more.

Your voice is important to us. We read every response personally, respond directly to as many as we’re able, and we share a summary of what we heard and what we’ll be doing about it.
