Hi, I’m Tia —a Family Nurse Practitioner passionate about helping women feel healthy, confident, energized, and like themselves again.

After experience in traditional healthcare, I knew I wanted to create something different. That’s why I am creating a space that feels more personal, intentional, and supportive for women navigating everything from hormone changes and fatigue to weight concerns, stress, and overall wellness.

At The Well Woman Co., my goal is to combine evidence-based care with a warm, approachable experience where women feel comfortable, heard, and cared for.

Coming at you with with some valuable tips to prepare for your tox appointment in order to optimize your results:

✔ Avoid blood thinners – If possible, skip aspirin, ibuprofen, and fish oil supplements for a few days before treatment to reduce the risk of bruising. *Always consult with your provider before discontinuing a prescribed aspirin regimen.
✔ Stay hydrated + moisturize – Drink plenty of water and use a high quality moisturizer to keep your skin in top shape.
✔ Limit alcohol & caffeine – Cutting back 24 hours before your appointment can help minimize swelling and bruising.
✔ Plan ahead – If you have a big event, schedule tox at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for full results to appear.

Snow day? Don’t let a little winter weather totally derail your progress! Stay on track and be healthy-ish by choosing nourishing comfort foods, staying hydrated, and getting in some movement—whether it’s a quick home workout or a walk in the snow if you dare (you will find me inside). Small choices add up, even on snow days but still make sure to enjoy the coziness that the day brings.

What comforting foods are you making today? Chili is on the menu at the Clark house. Dodging the leftover Valentines sweets will be the biggest challenge aside from the kids fighting all day. 😆

Philly cheesesteak stuffed peppers 🫑

Happy Sunday! This is a delicious low carb recipe that I’ve been making for years and could easily eat twice a week. Let me know if you try it!

Ingredients:
•8 ounces roast beef (thin sliced)
•8 slices provolone cheese
•2 large green bell peppers
•1 sweet onion (sliced)
•6 ounces sliced baby bella mushrooms
•3 tablespoons olive oil  •3 cloves garlic, minced
•Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Wash and cut peppers in half, removing seeds/ribs.
3. Sauté onions, mushrooms, and garlic in olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until caramelized.
4. Reduce heat to low. Season with salt and pepper. Add thinly sliced roast beef to pan, stir, and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
5. Place peppers in a baking dish. Add a slice of provolone cheese to the bottom of each pepper and then fill the pepper with the roast beef mixture, topping with another slice of provolone.
6. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. If you like a softer pepper, you may cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes or boil prior to filling with meat mixture.
