Have you recieved a letter about our office going out of network with your insurance?

What does this mean for you?
- We will still file a claim for you.
- Most plans will still pay at that same percentage, as if you were still in network, with some slight exceptions.
- It is likely our office will be back in network via an umbrella insurance company in the near future.
-Our office will make sure to notify you if there is any major changes between us being in network and us now being out of network.

As always, we are more than willing to answer any questions about what this change may mean for you and your family or send a pre-authorization for your future services so there is no surprises. Please don’t hesitate to call our office at (440)442-4100.

Exciting News – Welcoming Dr. Maureen Baldzicki to Our Practice!

We are thrilled to announce that our practice is growing! In order to continue providing you with the highest standard of care, we are welcoming a new dentist to our team. Beginning June 2, 2025, Dr. Maureen Baldzicki will be joining the office of Megan K. Ursick, DDS.

Many of you may already recognize Dr. Baldzicki from her time spent in our office in previous years, when she shadowed and worked as a dental assistant during her dental school breaks. We are excited to now welcome her in a new role as associate dentist.

Dr. Baldzicki is a proud graduate of Mayfield High School and a lifelong resident of Mayfield Village. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The Ohio State University, where she also went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from the College of Dentistry. While in dental school, she was honored with the Academy of General Dentistry Future Leader Award—a testament to her dedication and excellence in the field.

Dr. Baldzicki is eager to return home and serve the community that helped shape her. She is looking forward to giving back and providing compassionate, high-quality care to our patients.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Baldzicki enjoys spending time with her dog, Auggie, practicing yoga, and visiting her sister in Florida—often taking the opportunity to explore the nearby theme parks.
