I know I can speak for Wayne when I say we would like to thank all our Flatliners for all the support over these last two years. We were just talking about some specific members who have been with us from the very beginning. This journey has been a roller coaster of emotions but it has given us new friends and we’ve gotten to watch our members grow and achieve goals and gotten to watch our own kids develop their own passion for working out. We have given this all we had sometimes to our detriment. At times if not for our kids we would not have been able to make it. Some may say we failed but if you never fail did you even try. So from all of us at Flatliners thanks for the memories and the wild ride ❤️❤️❤️Nicole and Wayne

It is with a heavy heart that we make this post

As of May 15 2024, Flatliners Fitness and Supplements will be closing our doors. We are truly thankful to all of our members who have become more than customers, you are family. We appreciate each and everyone of you. Whether you have chosen our facility to be your home gym or stopped by and purchased supplements from us. Thank you

What does this mean for our members….memberships will be honored till the 15th of next month and continued 24/7 access during that time. If your membership is due today, it will be business as usual. If your membership is due on the first, we will only be charging half of your normal membership fee for next month. If you have purchased a one year membership, I will be reaching out to you to refund you whatever amount is left on your membership depending on your due dates

Supplements….keep an eye out on our page or stop by the gym between 4 and 8, Monday thru Friday. We will be having a clearance sale on everything left in the shop

Starting Saturday, there will be new shop hours

Monday thru Friday 4pm till 8pm
Closed Saturdays

If you need assistance outside of those hours please let us know. We will attempt to schedule a time that works for everyone and get you taken care of

This will not impact current members, as always you will have 24/7 access to the facility. The 4-8 time slot will be the only time new members will be able to come in and sign up or the time frame to purchase supplements

The shop will be closed for the rest of the week due to inclement weather. The gym will be open to all current members with the use of their key fob.

Attention ARH Employees

January 2024 will be the last month that ARH and Flatliners Fitness will be in a partnership that will completely cover the gym fees for ARH Employees

That being said, my family and I have worked with and/or for ARH for many years. My wife and I are both health care workers and would like to continue our commitment to all that are interested in continued use of the Flatliners Fitness and Supplements facility.

From February 2024 any ARH employee interested in membership here will receive a $5 discount for monthly fees.

Thank you for your commitment in serving our area. It is genuinely appreciated

We will be closed today thru Monday for the holiday. We will be back in the shop Tuesday morning at 1000.

We would also like to thank everyone for helping us grow one of the best gyms and supplement shops in Southeastern Kentucky, We couldn’t do this without each and everyone of you
