15 years ago today the L&D nurses at St. Elizabeth's told me "No returns, refunds, or exchanges" and I've had no regrets. 😂

The Hudson Valley Chapter of Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) and I had a great conversation yesterday about . We talked about trends in the parental leave ecosystem, strategies members could take back to use in their organization right away, and of course, coaching for new moms, dad, and managers. And you can't talk about supporting expecting and new parents in the workplace without also touching on and .
