Caring Medical Center is proud to announce our newest provider, beginning February 6, 2026, Gibson Calfee, DMS, PA-C.
Gibson is a Union County native. He was raised in Maynardville and is a graduate of Union County High School. He received a bachelor's degree in Biology from LMU while working as a CNA. He then graduated LMU's Master of Science program and received his Physician Assistant License in 2024. He finished his academic career by obtaining his Doctor of Medical Science Degree. He has spent the last two years as a Physician Assistant specializing in nephrology, working with patients with chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury and dialysis patients. When he is not in clinic, he enjoys going to the gym, spending time with family, friends and his beloved pet Stone. He is looking forward to sharing his medical expertise and giving back to the community that has done so much for him. Call the office to schedule your appointment. 865-992-2221.

Dear Patients,
After 11 years of dedicated service with Caring Medical Center, Kenneth Nicley PA, will be retiring December 30, 2025. He has been an integral part of our team, contributing to the growth and success of Caring Medical Center. We wish Kenneth and his wife Julia all the best in the next chapter of life and thank him for his many years of commitment and service. Please join us in celebrating Kenneth’s remarkable career.
