A simple backpack can make a big impact 💙
We are seeking new or gently used backpacks to support our unhoused neighbors right here in Union County. These backpacks will be filled with much-needed supplies and shared with those who need them most.

IPS Success Story
At 23, Gabriel was unemployed and struggling with significant mental health challenges. After enrolling in OnTrack TN through McNabb Center, he began receiving comprehensive support — including medication, therapy, peer support, case management, and employment assistance through the Individualized Placement and Support (IPS) model.

IPS recognizes that work is an essential part of mental health recovery. From the beginning, employment was a priority for Gabriel. As he shared during his assessment:
“I want to be able to get a consistent job.”

With support from IPS, Gabriel secured a position with a major local retailer. Today, he has been employed and hospitalization-free for 18 months.

Recovery isn’t always easy, but Gabriel now has control over his life and confidence that his mental health challenges won’t stop him from pursuing his goals.
