Mamasté Birth and Bodywork was created with love by Jessica-Rae Beyer, whose passion for service to others, holistic health and mind/body awareness started at a young age. She is highly trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular, Prenatal/Side laying, Integrated Table Thai and Reflexology. She is also a Level 2 Reiki practitioner. Jess is knowledgable in medical massage treatments for Sciatica, TMJ, Frozen Shoulder/TOS Syndrome, Carpal Tunnel and Whiplash. In 2015, Jess became certified as a Yoga Teacher at Grow Yoga. Hands-on assisting during yoga classes propelled her into the world of bodywork and massage therapy and the rest is history! Massage Modalities:
