✨A night full of music, dancing, games, and fun - all for a great cause!✨

⏰ 5:00PM - 9:30PM

Proceeds will go to DanceBlue Hematology and Oncology Clinic that support and serve children with pediatric cancer.

Please come and support us as we raise money for an exciting event coming up in November - our very own Mini DanceBlue Marathon in coordination with FCCLA and the Magnet School!
These funds will be used in many ways including:
financial assistance to pediatric cancer patients and families, clinic improvements and expansions, neurocognitive testing, nutritional services, and more. Additionally, it supports pediatric oncology research happening in the DanceBlue Clinic, currently focused on the genetic risk of pediatric cancer in Kentucky and ways to improve healthcare outcomes in patients with genetic risks!

KY HOSA executive council, Logan, and Ms Wolford spent the morning on Capitol Hill visiting Mr. Massie's office and Mitch McConnell's office to advocate for the future of our nation and state healthcare pipeline which is heavily integrated throughout the opportunities HOSA provides.

Our Kentucky HOSA-Future Health Professionals State Officers and local leaders have been busy sharpening their leadership skills in Washington this week, diving into personality and leadership styles, advocacy, and promoting their National Service Project with NMDP. 🇺🇸

Highlights included exploring historic monuments on the twilight tour, witnessing the changing of the guard, and proudly presenting a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

Our local chapter president and current 2025-2026 Kentucky State HOSA Secretary, Logan Smith along with advisor -Ms. Wolford, and other state officers from all over the US have been attending the Washington Leadership Academy attending leadership sessions, participating in our national service project community service, and visiting the national monuments.
Tomorrow we travel to Capitol Hill to advocate on behalf of all Career and Technical Education by meeting with our national representatives.
