Our Community Health Workers play such a vital role in our organization including serving our communities and patients with their hearts, hands and feet! Many of them our active in serving at local food pantries. Melissa Dyer, CCHW, just recently helped with the pantries in Vanceburg and Tollesboro. Our team believes in connection—connecting resources, connecting with community patners and connecting with our patients.

with Tonia Jones-Saluga, CPNP, Christy Staggs, APRN and Elizabeth Blevins, PA-C

Our PrimaryPlus-Bracken County offices and our PrimaryPlus-Family Medicine Residency Program will be bringing the Wellness on Wheels crew to some of the Bracken County Schools festivities.

On August 15, we will be at BCHS from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM for the Back to School Drive featuring School and Sports Physicals.

On August 18, we will be at BCMS from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM for the 6th grade Back to School Bash offering 6th grade physicals and immunizations.

We look forward to helping families kick off the school year with HEALTHY kiddos!
