Well here is the old lab…. Since OMMA has decided to take their time approving my relocation request, even though I’ve paid $500 change of address fee, and submitted all required paperwork, explained and provided paperwork of Eviction due to Eminent Domain giving me 10days to vacate or be removed by sheriff and arrested. OMMA has still yet to approve my relocation. Even after my State Representative has been involved, we are at 11 months since we were evicted, and now I sit in a parking lot at old location waiting on my Inspectors to get here for my annual inspection.

Now with that being said, I found out something interesting, the OMMA does not put notes in your file when going through eminent domain or any other major issue. I have had to deal with OMMA on this eviction and having my entire business shut down since June 2023. What constitutes “Special Circumstances” or the old “out of my control “ to get a special permission or have something fast tracked? I was told multiple times from the OMMA that due to special circumstance I would have my approval to relocate fast tracked. Reality is that is a lie!! I don’t want to sound disgruntled but I seriously believe they are bleeding my funds on purpose by not approving my relocation. Inspector just showed up

How was your Sunday?? Anyone else dealing with water leaks and pipes busting? We lucked out and didn’t have any pipes burst!!

We instead had 3 different little ponds out front due to a leak at the county connection. HiH Krew spent our Sunday digging trenches and pumping out water from the manhole.

Funny thing about this is the fact we called the water company last week to report a possible leak and offered to send them pictures of why we suspected such a leak. We were told someone would be out to check it the next day!! I’m not 💯 if they came out or not, but today it was beautiful outside and the water was getting too close to the kitchen so we had to act. Digging trenches is not how I wanted to spend my day outside but it was better than being freezing out and stuck indoors. We called the water department again today and left a message letting them know there was definitely a leak on road side of my meter, where the main line connects. To the meter itself. So now that it’s been diagnosed, we have cut the water off to our buildings and hopefully the water department gets out here first thing so we are not without water for too long.

Now let’s get rested and prepare to destroy this week with positive vibes!!!
