At this time we are rescheduling ALL routine eye exams and contact lens exams. We will still be seeing EMERGENCY cases: Red eyes, floaters/flashes, shadows, foreign bodies, etc to limit stress on urgent cares/ERs/GP offices.

After much thought, it is very important to distance yourself from other persons. That being said when entering the office you will be asked to go straight back to a room. If there are no rooms we will ask you wait in your vehicle to eliminate contact with other patients. We recommend you do not bring more than one other person in our office unless you need a driver, assistance, or if you are a guardian. We will ask that they sit in the room with you as we are trying to keep patients out of the waiting area.

We are also limiting contact with glasses, due to them being trial frames, we ask if you are needing to pick out new frames to wait until further notice unless you are in desperate need of replacement.

Our hours will be 8:00 to 1:00 Mondays, Thursdays, and some Fridays with an after hours number to call for emergencies.

We at Eyecare Network are following Governor Beshears mandation and CDC/Kentucky Medical Association guidelines on their decision to keep distance from others. We are looking out for your best interest as well as the safety of our staff. Please stay safe and healthy and we will update as the pandemic progresses.

Coronavirus, an international flu, has been making headline news. Eyecare Network LTD. would like to assure our patients, providers and staff that we are following CDC guidelines in order to be prepared in the event it affects our area.

We will be updating procedures to protect you, the patient and our staff.

We're asking our patients that have traveled outside the US within the last 30 days or have been in contact with anyone who has, to let us know before coming to their appointment.

If you have been ill recently and/or have flu like symptoms (fever, cough, sneezing, sweating, chills, fatigue, ect.) we ask that you call to reschedule your appointment for 2 weeks later. We're asking patients not to return until symptoms have gone away and you are fever free without medication (Tylenol or Motrin) for at least 48 hours.

Eyecare Network LTD. has always stressed importance of keeping appointments as a part of the treatment plan. If a patient has to reschedule due to symptoms above, our physicians will review the chart to ensure best care possible, while decreasing chance of spreading an infection.

If a patient arrives to clinic and has symptoms, we will provide a mask and reschedule the appointment based on the direction of physician reviewing chart.

We’re hiring a receptionist!
We’re looking for an upbeat, personable person! You’ll be the first person the patient sees and the last one as they leave. This is a fast pace environment. You’ll be responsible for collecting copays, deductible, answering the phone and making appointments. The hours will be Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm and a few late days a month.
