Did you know that one’s past trauma can lead to autoimmune responses in the body? There is so much inflammation due to the trauma (physical and mental) that it can lead to autoimmune diseases. It is possible to calm the inflammatory responses by seeking help for the past trauma. Mental & physical health are linked in so many ways.

People who suffer with these diseases are typically in so much pain & have lost the ability to do simple things that it can lead to mental health issues like depression and anxiety. It’s important to understand the connection between one’s health and one’s mental health.
