I get so many questions about them! These bowls have a matte, "satin" finish. They are made from crushed crystal quartz, heated and formed into these beautiful instruments!

The energy of 2/22 is like a giant, cosmic tuning fork. It is resonating with the frequency of manifestation.

The number 2 is the vibration of intuition, balance, and partnership. When it appears three times, its power is amplified. And when it leads to 22 (the Master Number of the Master Builder) we are being handed a blueprint & being asked what we will choose to create.

Your voice is your most powerful tool. Today, speak your vision as if it's already here. Feel its vibration in your bones. Let that frequency be the foundation you build upon.

A session I held today felt like a conversation with the Earth itself.

It was warm… but windy. And the wind felt purposeful. Like it was clearing space for what’s next.

And then, as we closed our session, rain began to fall. It felt so sacred and so intentional...

As if the energy was being washed clean and something unseen was saying, "you can let go now".

There was a feeling of release. Of shedding what no longer is. Not forcing, not fighting. But allowing the wind to move it, and the rain to cleanse it.

As we step into the Chinese New Year, we gently shed the skin of the Year of the Snake and welcome the powerful momentum of the Year of the Horse.

The Snake carries ancient wisdom. She is intuitive. Strategic. Transformational.
The Year of the Snake asked us to slow down, go inward, and shed what no longer aligned with us. It was about rebirth. Healing. Quiet power. Deep knowing.

Maybe this past year felt reflective. Maybe you outgrew versions of yourself, you learned to trust your intuition more than ever before. And now… the energy shifts.
