I want to share something personal with my Sacred Shell Healing community.

My mother-in-law passed away yesterday, and our family is navigating this loss with love and tenderness.

I’ll be taking Monday to be with family and to figure things out, but I will still be accepting and holding space for clients the rest of this week and my workshops are still as planned for now. If anything changes, I will let everyone know.

Truthfully, this work is part of how I process, ground, and heal. I need connection. I need community. And I am deeply grateful for yours.

Thank you for holding me with the same compassion I strive to offer you.

Tonight’s New Year & Full Wolf Moon sound bath was truly magical. 🌕🐺

We cozied up beside the wood stove, letting the crackling fire and gentle vibrations hold us as we reflected on all that 2025 brought us.

Together, we shared intentions for 2026. What we’re calling in, what we’re ready to become, and what no longer needs to be carried.

So deeply grateful for this moment and the energy we created together. 🙏🏻✨️

Our very first Sacred Circle Sunday has completely filled! 🥹

I was so nervous, changing what has been my regular Sunday schedule for the past year. But I really felt the call to change it up, do something a bit different. And I'm SO glad I listened to my intuition. 🌀🦋
