A fantastic showing of talent, teamwork, and innovation in vision science! 👏

We are pleased to invite you to the 2nd Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) Symposium, jointly hosted by the Departments of Medicine and Ophthalmology at Loyola University Chicago. This in-person symposium will take place on Saturday, August 23, 2025, from 7:00 AM to 1:20 PM at the Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, Illinois.
This year’s theme, “Systemic Manifestations and Current Management of Sleep Apnea,” will highlight the interdisciplinary consequences of OSA and evolving approaches to its diagnosis and treatment. Check out our Superstar Senior Class growing their MIGS repertoire 🤩!!! John and Evan became the second and third resident in the country to successfully implant iDose TR, the first FDA approved travaprost intracameral implant with our Glaucoma Service Director, Dr. Chaku 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻!!! All four seniors certified very early on iStent infinite this year with Dr. Chaku, Dr. Badar and our Chief of the VA, Dr. Joshi. They continue to expand their skills learning various glaucoma procedures from our glaucoma service. Thanks to our awesome rep who was with us every step of the way to help this class be migs certified superstars 😎😎😎😎. d
