When outside in tick-prone areas 🪲, remember to:

Wear long pants, long sleeves, and close toed shoes

Tuck your pants into socks

Treat your clothes with 0.5% permethrin (this is an insecticide that kills ticks!) Some common brands include Insect Shield, Ben's Clothing and Gear Insect Repellent, and Sawyer Permethrin Insect Repellent

What is FLiP

The Family Lifestyle Program (FLiP) is a health promotion program developed by members of Loyola University and Dominican University to help families develop healthy lifestyles.

For 10 weeks, we provide lifestyle coaching, nutritional coaching, and support to you and your families! Each week, participants attend zumba classes, bootcamp classes, and nutritional informational sessions. We provide plenty of resources and support to make a healthy lifestyle change.
