The Aquatics Center will be closed on Sunday, March 15 for a scheduled swim meet from 11:00am–3:00pm. The pool will reopen and return to normal hours after the meet.

Due to emergency maintenance, the Therapy Pool will be closed until tomorrow, March 5, at 12:30pm.

Please check back for updates. The Lap and Spa Pools will be open and available during this time.

Aqua-based Group Fitness classes and Swim Lessons may be affected. Please check the Group Fitness schedule, call your Instructor, or contact the Center with any questions.

Meet Personal Trainer Blake! 👋

🎓 Education & Certifications: National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (C.P.T.)

💪 Specialties: Strength and endurance training, muscular development, weight management, back-injury training, and balance and stability

🏃‍♂️ Fun Fact: "I ran cross country throughout high school and college and was a founding member of the Kean University cross country program. My first time leaving the country, I spent three weeks in Japan."

💬 Why did you go into Personal Training: "I have always loved fitness and exercise. It is something that I firmly believe is beneficial for everyone and I want to be able to share my knowledge and experience with those who are looking to learn and grow."
