πŸ’¬ Why did you go into Personal Training: "I became a personal trainer because I genuinely enjoy helping people improve their lives. Growing up playing baseball, training and rehabilitation were a major part of my journey, especially while working through injuries. Those experiences taught me how important smart programming, proper movement, and patience are when it comes to long-term progress.

Achieving goals in the gym means a lot to people, and I do not take that lightly. With my background in performance training and my understanding of how the body works on and off the baseball field, I am confident I can positively impact others and guide them toward real, sustainable results while helping them build discipline, resilience, and confidence through fitness."

πŸ’ͺ Specialties: I’m passionate about helping people feel stronger, move better, and gain confidence both in and out of the gym. I work with all fitness levels, from those just getting started to experienced exercisers looking to improve strength, mobility, and overall function.

My training style combines strength training, core stability, mobility, and posture-focused movement. I place strong emphasis on proper mechanics and injury prevention while still creating challenging and engaging workouts.

I believe fitness should be sustainable and realistic. I help clients build long-term routines by focusing on consistency, education, and encouragement rather than extremes or quick fixes.

My goal is to create a welcoming environment where clients feel supported, capable, and proud of their progress.I am intentional about making my classes and training sessions and fun yet challenging.

πŸŽ“ Education & Certifications: I completed a 500-hour intensive yoga teacher training in July 2015 at Become One. I also completed advanced training in Rasa Restorative Yoga levels 1 and 2, Yin Yoga, and meditation.
