Note to self: you do not have to wait until you are exhausted to take care of yourself. You do not have to hit burnout to earn rest. You do not have to be falling apart to justify support. ❤️

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause before we reach the breaking point. When we carve out time to check in with our bodies and soothe our nervous systems we are not being indulgent we are being wise. 🙏

We show up as a steadier version of ourselves for the people we love and for the life we are building when we tend to our own well being first.

If the holidays feel busy or overwhelming, let this be your gentle reminder that you are allowed to step away for a massage, a moment of silence, a deep breath in your car before going inside, whatever helps you come back home to yourself.

Taking care of your body is not optional fuel. It is the foundation that helps you move through the season with more peace more grounding and more you. 💆🏼‍♀️✨

Most people think side lying massage is just for pregnancy. 🤰
And while it is one of the safest and coziest options for expecting moms it is also an incredible position for so many other bodies. 🙌

Side lying can ease chronic lower back pain and sciatica by taking pressure off the spine and hips.
It gives the therapist better access to the shoulders and ribs which can melt tension that builds from work posture and stress.
It supports the neck in a neutral position making it ideal for migraines and stubborn neck pain.
It is perfect for anyone who feels anxious lying face down or face up because breathing feels easier and the body can fully settle.
It can also protect areas that are healing after surgery or injury so you can still receive bodywork without discomfort.
