Southeast Hospice provides compassionate hospice care to southeast Oklahoma. Our goal is to offer patient-driven, end of life care, promoting life and quality of life for each and every day our patients receive our care. Southeast Hospice is not-for-profit and focuses our resources towards the needs of our patients whether or not they have the ability to pay for their care. We will listen to and develop a plan of care with our patients and their family, as they choose what is important for their personal journey. We are a member of NHPCO, the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. “I had a patient whose heart rate was in the 30s. He insisted on waiting for me before calling EMS. I arrived and told him he likely needed a pacemaker. After EMS confirmed it, he looked at me and said, ‘Well — you might just know what you’re talking about!’ He later told me I saved his life. We do know what we’re talking about.”

🌱 Advice for nurses considering home health:
“Great choice — independence, flexibility, and true one-on-one patient care.”

👵 What drives her passion today:
“I have an extreme love for the elderly population. They hold a special place in my heart. We’re here to teach them about health, but if we listen closely, they teach us about life.”
