Practice Manager with 12 years of dedication. Proud to be part of the backbone that supports our Rural Health Clinics and the providers who serve our communities every day.

What I love most about rural health is the bond and teamwork. Unlike the big-city feel, our clinics are small, close-knit, and truly feel like family. Everyone is willing to step in and help, and that sense of community makes all the difference.

Outside of work, my greatest and most meaningful roles are being a wife and a mom. You can usually find me wrangling our three kiddos at band competitions, sporting events, or out adventuring with our toddler. Family time is what I value most. When we do get free time, our crew loves being outdoors riding side-by-sides and making memories together.

Dallas is one of the friendly faces you’ll see at our clinic! She has proudly called McAlester home for 33 years and has served the community in both the dental and medical industries.

One of the best parts of rural healthcare is the strong bonds between patients, providers, and staff Dallas is a great example of that spirit.

Kourtney is one of the friendly faces you might see at our clinic. She has been serving our community for 3 years as a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist and truly loves caring for the patients at Rural Health McAlester.

Fun fact: When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her hunting or spending time with her two little girls who she says are definitely the bosses! 😊

✨ Please help us welcome our newest team member, Sharla Reich! ✨

Sharla has been a resident of McAlester her entire life, born and raised and has been working in the medical field since 2021, when she first started here at the clinic. It didn’t take long for her to fall in love with healthcare and caring for patients ♥️

She decided to make it official and pursue her nursing career, earning her LPN license in June of 2024. Sharla truly enjoys providing care to her patients and finds it incredibly rewarding to make a difference in their lives.

When she’s not at work, you’ll most likely find her at home spending time with her family ♥️

Fun fact: She’s a huge fan of Stranger Things and can watch Forensic Files on repeat!
