🫐 How I like to use elderberry syrup 🌿

I wanna share how I personally reach for my elderberry syrup and why I keep it on hand.

🍁 For everyday wellness & immune maintenance:
I like 1 TSP daily — simple, throat coating, and supportive.

🍁 When I start feeling something coming on (my favorite time to use it):
I take 1-2 TBSP in the morning, and honestly, that’s often enough to knock it back for me.

🍁 If I already have a cold:
1-2 TBSP up to 3 times per day, taken consistently for a quicker recovery.

This batch is small, made with love, and I only have 5 jars available. 🫶
