hot sculpt class 🏋️at 5:45pm in Mission, and power yoga 🧘‍♂️ at 10:30 on sundays in mission aswell! (Sorry I can’t just choose one) 🙈

I LOVE YOGA HOUSE BECAUSE:
I get to see so many smiles from people who put in so much effort to show up and sweat. Managing the TikTok account has also been super fun—it makes me so happy to share a little bit of the inside of Yoga House with people who haven’t gotten to experience it yet.
