PLEASE HELP ME RECOGNIZE OUR HEROES !
Today, I want to take a moment to recognize true heroes among us-our Little Warrior nurses. 💙🩷Their tireless commitment, compassion care, and strength in the face of challenges make them nothing short of extraordinary. Yesterday’s weather was unforeseen and Little Warriors activated their Emergency Preparedness. The collaboration of the bedside nurses is unbelievable, we are so proud of how quickly they adapted into the inclement weather and began their coordination into Plan B incase of power outages, floodings, emergency equipment, evacuation and so much more. Meanwhile, their own vehicles were being flooded in the streets, some nurses were transporting patient via EMS and got stranded, many traveled to their homes in the pitch dark and dangerous conditions, and many nurses still went to their night shift to care for their patients, and some of those nurses still managed to go back to their scheduled shifts today, what VALOR!!!
To every Little Warrior Nurse, THANK YOU for your unwavering dedication to your patient and for making this world a better place every single day. You are truly appreciated, and your heroism does not go unnoticed 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Nurses on shift 3/27-3/28
