Here are simple, effective ways to prevent pain and tightness in your body—no equipment needed and easy to fit into daily life:
● 1. MOVE!! Frequently (Every 30–45MIN)
Staying in one position too long creates tight muscles. Stand up. ROLL YOUR shoulders. Stretch arms overhead!
This alone prevents a lot of stiffness.
● 2. Stretch the Muscles That Commonly Tighten: DAILY!
● 3. Strengthen the Opposite Muscles
Weak muscles = tight muscles doing extra work. Stronger muscles = less tightness.
● 4. Stay Hydrated
Dehydrated muscles get stiff faster.
Aim for: & Herbal teas for relaxation
● 5. Use Heat for Prevention
Warm muscles stay relaxed: Heating pad for 20 minutes
INFRARED HEAT / SAUNA
This increases blood flow and reduces tightness.
