Keeping your arm healthy all season! ⚾💪

PTA David shares 3 essential stretches for baseball players to improve mobility, reduce fatigue, and keep your shoulders and back performing at their best:

🔴 Sidelying Thoracic Rotations: 3x10 per side — opens up your chest and improves trunk rotation for better throwing velocity.

🔴 Shin Box Rotation with Thoracic Reach: 3x10 per side — stretches the mid-back and helps your body rotate smoothly through each pitch or swing.

🔴 Standing Child’s Pose with Arms Elevated: 3 sets of 10 — restores overhead mobility and keeps shoulders moving freely.

Incorporate these into your routine to move better, throw more efficiently, and stay healthy all season long! ⚡
