First 4–6 Hours

* Stay upright — avoid laying flat.
* Don’t rub, massage, or put pressure on the treated areas.
* Avoid hats/headbands if forehead was treated.
* Try gently moving the treated muscles (smiling, frowning, raising brows) for the first hour.

First 24 Hours

* Avoid intense workouts or heavy sweating.
* Avoid alcohol if possible (can increase bruising).
* Skip facials, massages, or facial treatments.
* Avoid excessive heat:

After lip filler, the main goals are to reduce swelling/bruising, avoid pressure on the lips, and lower infection risk while the filler settles.

First 24–48 hours
