After the kyphoplasty procedure two weeks ago, I feel a significant change to my spine. “It’s been rough” is an understatement, but I’m starting to feel like myself again after ten months. My mood and energy are slowly improving finally. Going to start physical therapy to strengthen my back muscles asap. Redemption.
