According to The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, research suggests that moderate caffeine consumption (less than 200 milligrams per day) does not cause miscarriage or preterm birth. That’s the amount in one 12-ounce cup of coffee. Remember that caffeine also is found in tea, chocolate, energy drinks, and soft drinks.

Caffeine can interfere with sleep and contribute to nausea and light-headedness. Caffeine also can increase urination and lead to dehydration.

Happy World Breast Pumping Day to all women across the globe! 🌎 Breastfeeding comes in all forms. Sometimes as women, we have to face certain obstacles when trying to accomplish such task. We have been so blessed to have the ability to provide our “Liquid Gold” using the best invention , a breast pump!!!
Here is to all the the women who don’t have the ability to latch due to underlying issues, to the women who have to get back into the office , and to the woman who’s newborns have been admitted to the NICU!! Keep pumping ladies, you are AMAZING !!! ❤️❤️❤️
