📍 Pharr EMS Headquarters – 3000 N. Cage Blvd.
📍 Pharr Development & Research Center – 850 W. Dicker Rd.

🏠 Residents may receive 6 sandbags per household
🏢 Businesses may receive 12 sandbags

✅ Proof of residency is required (Water bill or Driver’s License)
