Classical Pilates gives you the tools to improve muscle movement by balancing the bodies strength and flexibility. When you practice pilates, it is not about how the position looks, itโ€™s how engaged the body is through the movement of the position. The transitions between exercises are exercises within themselves, keeping the work one seamless, continue flow.
