Robotic Laparoscopic surgery is a state of the art way of performing surgery.

Recent example here was able to remove this large paraovarian cyst off the fallopian tube-o***y complex & keeping the cyst intact and preserving the o***y.

Cyat was about 7 cm

Patient had three small abdominal incisions, fast recovery and went home the same day.

One of the largest o***y’sn torsion cases i have done.
Patient presented to ER with severe sharp pain after longtime chronic mild pelvic pain.
Cyst and o***y were larger than 20cm and required classical abdominal surgical cut to remove such a large cyst intact. Small risk of cancer discussed withh patientt due to her age.
Patient stayed in hospital after surgery 2 days and went home in stable condition.
Patient told me she has not seen her Ob in years due to relocation but she will see me for her future care now that she is staying in the RGV.

A very young patient with chronic pelvic pain and recently bloating. Sadly too late for this was found to be torsion of the o***y and patient lost that o***y.
Surgery done with laparoscopy technique, three small incision less than 1cm each.

This might affect her fertility plans in the future, another large cyst formation on the other o***y could ruin her fertility for life.

Prevention may have saved this o***y, so please get your exams and wellness check ups done.
Consider ultrasound imaging to ovaries every few months. Ultrasound has not radiation and is safe.

Another case of a very large ovarian cyst measuring 15cm (6in) that required remival of the whole o***y with the cyst.
Surgery performed using DaVinci Robotic Laparoscopy and specimen removed through 1 1/2 in incision abdominally and patient was able to go home the same day.
Preliminary diagnosis: Teratoma
