We want to thank our YogaPlay family and most especially the little yogis for all the love and never-ending support.

Sadly, we have decided to close our studio.

Seeing the benefits yoga brought to our own children, we created this studio for our community. Please know that one lesson that we loved teaching to the little yogis and will continue on teaching to our little ones is GRATITUDE. This is one of the countless reasons why we are eternally grateful to everyone for providing us the opportunity to teach your children.

This tune will forever be etched in our hearts:

Take 5 minutes to meditate today. It doesn’t have to be anywhere special. While it should be uninterrupted, it’s okay for your mind to wander.

First think of someone you love and wish you could be with right now and repeat the mediation as you are speaking to them.

Next, think of someone who has wronged you and repeat the meditations to them

Finally, think about yourself and repeat the meditation to you.

Do this part again because we often forget and fail to be loving and kind to ourselves.

This meditation can be done daily and as often as you like. Gratitude and love are what heal our minds during difficult times.

These affirmation cards are amazing! Love Powered Co. is offering free download of their digital affirmation cards. They have a Littles Set, Teens Set and Femme Set. They even have the littles set in Spanish (and French).

These are a great tool for kids and adults during these trying times. Check them out!!

We like to teach our kids to pick an affirmation every morning (these are a great guide), and repeat it at least three times while touching each finger to their thumb as they recite the affirmation allowed.

It helps set our attitude for the day.

Our littles will know just what to do!
