💔 9/11 The day the world changed forever

None of us will ever forget the feeling of sorrow when the first tower was hit followed by the confusion then fear after the second was hit.

The realisation of what was happening was terrifying even though, for us, it was happening thousands of miles away. I can’t begin to imagine the feelings of those that were right there.

24 years on, my heart still goes out to all who lost their lives, those that lost a loved one, those who suffered the trauma and terror brought about on that day.
