As an advanced practice nurse, Letty oversees the care of all of our clients to ensure each client is given the best individualized care possible. to provide our clients with the basic knowledge, skills, and new behaviors that will help them participate in self-management, recover from illness or injury, and achieve better health. employs an interdisciplinary team of experienced Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Home Health Aides, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists formally trained to care for patients in their homes.
