Today we’re celebrating a very special milestone as one of our patients heads home surrounded by love, strength, and support. It’s been an honor for our therapy team to be part of her journey, helping her regain independence every step of the way.

To make her transition even sweeter, we’re sending her off with a fresh loaf of locally made sourdough by the talented Ashley Dillard Saenz 🍞✨—because nothing says “welcome home” like comfort and care from our community.
