About Avision Rehab Services

Avision Rehab Services LLC was created on 5/17/18 to serve as an outpatient therapy clinic in Edinburg, TX. The office is located at 2318 E Freddy Gonzalez Dr. Avision Rehab Services LLC is co-owned by Cameron Raschke, PT, and Sarah Chapa.

Cameron is a licensed physical therapist that has been practicing for 3 years. Cameron is the co-owner of Virtue Therapy Services LLC, in existence since February 2017. Virtue Therapy Services LLC offers home health physical, occupational, and speech therapy coverage in Hidalgo and Cameron Counties.

Sarah Chapa is the owner of A’Meta Therapy Services PLLC and Amar Home Healthcare LLC. A’Meta Therapy Services PLLC was established in August 2008 and offers home health physical, occupational, and speech therapy coverage in Hidalgo, Cameron, Willacy, and Starr counties. Amar Home Healthcare, LLC was established in 2014 and offers pediatric home health physical, occupational and speech therapy in Cameron and Hidalgo Counties.

Avision Rehab Services LLC will service the adult and pediatric populations presenting with various muscle-skeletal and neuromuscular conditions. We are in the process of credentialing Medicaid/Medicare and a variety of private insurances. The clinic will also have cash pay options available. It is anticipated that the clinic will be generating revenue within 2-3 months and be profitable in 5-6 months.
