Bikini Boot Camps (Includes Diet)
- $125 a Month No Contract
- $300 a Month with 3 Month Contract
- Classes: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 5:30 am

Zumba Classes: Come & Join The Party!

How's everything going on out there? My β›½ went up $10 for a full tank, but that's ok since I prepped long time ago for this BS. Been really busy making the right moves because we don't know what will happen in the next 3 hours.

Thankfully, I will be paying off my vehicle next month for my birthday! πŸ₯³πŸŽ‚

Congratulations to Joe Garza on his latest results.

He started with me on June 20th - Aug 22nd. Since the beginning, Joe has lost - 9 lbs. - 6.3% bf, - 11.2 lbs. fat and has gained + 2.4 lbs. LMM.

He is now below 10% body fat! One more month to go!

She needed to work on her eating habits to boost her energy levels for basketball and all of her workouts. I also helped A R. with her speed in her legs and passing the ball. Her defense game came out stronger as well.

I want to give a round of applause to Joe Gonzalez for the great results he got on my 12 week online program! He is a first responder and was able to find the time to get in his workouts and eat as clean as possible.

He lost - 7 lbs. in weight, - 2.5% body fat, - 7 lbs. in fat and gained 1.5 lbs. of Lean Muscle Mass!
